メートル・ドテルワールドカップ 2026 in TOKYO
Après des années d’absence, une nouvelle compétition voit le jour.
En effet, en octobre 2026, Tokyo accueillera la finale mondiale de la Coupe du Monde des Maîtres d’Hôtel.
Auparavant, une finale nationale se déroulera le 1er décembre 2025 au lycée hôtelier de La Rochelle.
Durant cette compétition, 12 finalistes montreront tout leur talent et leur savoir-faire autour de 9 ateliers dont le contenu vous sera présenté plus bas.
La ou le meilleur sera le représentant de la France pour la finale à Tokyo. Plus de 20 pays sont attendus en octobre 2026.

Takanobu Ohse
Spent 25 years at Hotel New Otani, serving as Manager across Food & Beverage, Banquet Operations, and La Tour d’Argent
Responsible for VIP and state guest hospitality, including protocol-level receptions
Worked as General Manager and Brand Manager at KEISUKE MATSUSHIMA TOKYO, headquartered in Nice, France
Led planning and operations for bridal businesses and international events in collaboration with French companies
Currently Executive General Manager of CITY CLUB OF TOK
Yoshiki Yamamoto
Gained experience at a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Southern France
Studied restaurant management and contributed to restaurant operations and new openings both in Japan and overseas
Served as General Manager of a Michelin one-star restaurant
Held the position of Deputy Manager at a five-star hotel
Currently Manager at “1 Hotel Tokyo”
Satoshi Ishida
Trained at French restaurants in Tokyo before establishing his own business
Founded CITABRIA, operating six venues including a three-Michelin-star restaurant, as well as a catering business
Leads medical support initiatives through food-related projects
Serves as Vice Chairman of JFDA (Japan Fine Dining Association), contributing to the advancement of Japan’s food and beverage industry
